Start time: Monday, January 23, 2023, at 12:00 AM UTC
End time: Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 8:00 PM UTC
Root cause: A data accessing issue within iOS MAM applications was preventing the application from retrieving new policies from the Microsoft Intune service which in turn was blocking user access to the applications.
Next steps:
- We're reviewing out iOS MAM application components to better understand how the data access issue began, which will help us prevent similar impact in the future.
