Project / Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to full fill the senior Project / Account Manager position currently available at folio1. The primary role is to manage the life cycle of various interactive projects that come through the studio. And to manage the on going development on the folio1 brand.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Project Scope & Risk Management
  • Understand the scope and objectives of each project to clearly outline and communicate a contract and estimate
  • Manage and monitor progress against project schedule, status lists, and develop PM tools for the studio
  • Monitor and manage strict deadlines, budget and scope change
  • Manage project plans and deliverables including client, internal, vendors and freelancers
  • Work with the project leads to ensure the projects and any shared resources are aligned and synchronized with the needs of other projects and programs
  • Review and sign-off against all project deliverables prior to providing to client
Client Management
  • Manage and coordinate client communications and relationships with respect to the project
  • Liaise with studio to ensure that client requirements are being met
  • Ensure effective change management throughout project/program delivery; tracking progress of projects (tasks, milestones, deliverables) and estimating/re-estimating work as necessary
You bring
  • At least 3.5 years Project Management experience specific to web application development, preferably within a web or IT agency environment
  • A sound understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and proven experience using JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with tech requirements for managing HTML, CSS, asp.NET MVC
  • Experience managing .Net development projects...Like Sitecore or Sitefinity project management experience
  • Experience in API integration development projects
  • Understand Agile methodology and approach
  • Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with all studio members and clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision making skills with an ability to troubleshoot problems and manage (client and internal resource) issues to resolution
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
